E Town Central is the new commercial building located at the foot of Calmette bridge, center of Ho Chi Minh City. The project rises 26 storeys and contains 67,000m2 GFA, being one of the biggest office tower in district 1. The design provides a public park in front of the tower, creating the buffer zone between the busy traffic at the bridge and the building itself. The dynamic facade pattern sophisticates a simple rectangular form that allows to maximize floor usage.

E-Town central was designed with the sustainable target in mind. Our team has worked out solution in term of orientation materiality and mechanical in order to match international standard. As a result, the building has achieved LEED Gold certificate.
