Da Lat is a famous hill town sits 300 km away from Ho Chi Minh city. Once the colonial retreat town, now it is the popular destination for both locals and foreign tourists.

The site is on outskirt of the main town where known for agricultural farm and glasshouse structure. The compound program is to introduce agricultural product, especially ginseng to tourists. The conventional language such as pitched roof, timber louvers has been used to capture the similarity of the town’s architecture. The roof form, however, inspired by origami art, continuously folds itself to emulate the terrain of the site and creates unexpected space while one moves through the building.
